ISHS is a course of study where the individual is taught to integrate all aspects of consciousness into a healthy, dynamic, self- aware whole person. Body, Mind, Emotions, Feelings, Soul and Spirit all become unified in preparation for a renewed journey through life. Healing and Personal Growth are a major part of the ISHS program. This is where the student learns to love one's self. Without knowing the process of love, which is the healing force, a student will learn only techniques. Although this is important knowledge, the student will be unable to experience the depth of the healing process without knowing the love of the divine creator. Therefore, ISHS is a program about awakening. This awakening leads to healing on all levels of being and is essential for self-realization and connecting with the divine.
