The ISHS program consists of 120 classroom hours each year on a convenient schedule of alternating 15 Sunday eight hour sessions. To complement the classroom sessions, Participants meet in a required three hour session alternating weekly evenings for 14 sessions to uncover any issues involving the interactions between students and the classroom studies. Further, each Participant receives 10 individual sessions to probe even deeper into the blocks and unconscious issues of healing theself.

The formal training as described above is required as the main focus of the ISHS program. An important part of the ISHS teaching process is to encourage participants to form non-supervised study groups and one-on-one learning or healing cells to further expand upon the process of becoming a healer. All of these activities are designed to create closer more authentic relationships between the participants which enables the healing process to become a significant reality.
