Program Schedule:
15 - Sundays - 8:30am - 5:00pm - alternating weeks
14 - Groups - 6:30pm - 9:30pm - 2 times per month alternating weeks
10 - Individual Sessions - 1 1/2 hours each - to be completed within the class schedule.
TUITION: $5,400.00 US FUNDS
BOOKS & OILS: additional cost to be determined
Payment to be made in full 30 business days prior to first day of class.
TAX DEDUCTION:
Under IRS regulations, monies paid to Inner Search Healing School for
tuition, books, and supplies are tax deductible if the education you are
receiving at ISHS maintains or improves skills needed in your present
occupation. Each student is encouraged to contact his or her tax
adviser to determine whether you are entitled to such deductions.
REGISTRATION FEE: $100.00
Registration fee of $100.00 must be included with this registration agreement.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Cancellation must be made in person or by certified mail prior to the
first day of class.
Registration Fee and Tuition Fee will be refunded if the school does not
accept the applicant or if applicant withdraws application within 3 business days after the
enrollment agreement and payments are accepted by the school. After 3
business days the registration fee of $100.00 is not refundable.
Tuition Fee is not refundable after the first day of class. A Fee of
$550.00 to be charged for first day of class, whether completed or not.
Any cancellations after the first day of class may be converted to
individual sessions only at a rate of $225 for each 1 1/2 hour session.
If 3 or more classes or groups are missed, they must be made up by
individual sessions only at a rate of $225.00 for each 1 1/2 hour session.
I enclose a registration fee of $100. I have read and understand the
terms of this registration agreement.
